Domestic Shipping Only
At Xelyra LLC, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a Friday or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (after your order has been processed).
Please note that the total estimated delivery time will be the sum of our processing time and the shipping carrier’s transit time. For example, if your order processes in 1-2 business days and ships in 3-7 business days, you can expect delivery within 4-9 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete before placing an order. Xelyra LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Delays & Lost/Damaged Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or high-volume periods can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and arrange for a replacement or refund.
